My Budapest to London ride was cancelled on 15 March 2020. I paid with cash for the ticket but the Flixbus ticket office refused to give me a refund. They just said 'Flixbus don't do refunds'. I had no other option but to accept a voucher. Since March 2020 there is no Flixbus service between Budapest-London, London-Budapest.

This Flixbus review — of my two trips — probably can’t stand in for any other Flixbus trip, which is annoying — there’s no predictability of service between different places. For this, I would get to test the bus, twice: between Trieste and Ljubljana, and then from Ljubljana to Zagreb, the capital of Croatia.
